The session runs 30 minutes and takes place online. That is usually enough to diagnose one process and run a short demo. If it needs more depth, we schedule a follow-up.

Not yet. You propose up to three times and we confirm one by email, usually the same business day. If none of them work, we suggest a nearby alternative.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. It helps if you can name the process that hurts most today and the systems you work in. If you have a screen or a file that shows the problem, bring it to the call.
