Note for Clients: Data processed during the provision of consultancy services (e.g., when we access your CRM or build automations) is governed by our separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Master Services Agreement, not solely by this website policy.

- Automated Technologies: As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel).
- Third Parties: We may receive personal data about you from various third parties, such as analytics providers (Google) or advertising networks (Meta/LinkedIn).
4 Purpose & Legal Basis

5 Advertising, Pixels & "Custom Audiences"
Our website utilizes tracking technologies to optimize our marketing efforts. This is a specific disclosure regarding our use of Meta (Facebook) Business Tools.
- The Meta Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to track conversions and build audiences of visitors. This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Custom Audiences (Hashed Lists): We may upload a customer list (email addresses) to Meta or Google. This data is hashed (anonymized) locally on our browser before transmission. It is used to match our customers with their respective user accounts on these platforms to show you relevant ads ("Custom Audience") or to find people with similar profiles ("Lookalike Audience").
6 International Data Transfers
SoftWiz is based in Israel. Israel is considered by the European Commission to offer an "adequate level of protection" for personal data (Decision 2011/61/EU).
However, our tech stack (Monday.com, Google, Meta, Make.com) may involve transferring data to the United States. We ensure these providers adhere to strict data protection standards, relying on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, to ensure your data remains protected.
7 Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity (typically 24 months).
- Client Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years as required by Israeli Tax Law.
8 Your Legal Rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and the GDPR, you have rights including:

- Right to Correction: Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you (Section 14 of PPL).
